Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
All of our orders are shipped using the best service option to suit the specifics of your shipment. Services we may use include the US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping options and rates will be shown during the checkout process. We only accept orders which ship within the United States of America.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of placing your order and delivery time will vary based on the service you select at checkout and the shipping destination. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their order ships which will include a tracking # and a link that can be used to track the progress of the shipment through the shipping service providers website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 days of the date you received your order to make arrangements for your return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges back to us. In the event of an exchange of merchandise the customer will have to pay for shipping the exchange items back to us as well as a separate shipping fee to have us ship the replacement items back to them. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
For returns and exchanges we suggest you use a shipping service which provides you with a tracking number.
Package your returns or exchanges well so the items will not be damaged during shipment as we will deny returns of merchandise which have been damaged in shipping due to improper packaging of the items.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged when you receive it please contact us immediately at lovethekitty44@gmail.com and attach a photo or photos of the damaged items. Customers are not responsible for the cost to return damaged or faulty merchandise. In this event, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label which you can print out and attach to your return package.
